Its Day 22 and I just got back from doing a mile and a half run with my trainer. Gonna keep chugging along in my streak. I will be prepping some meals for next two days of work.

 

Day 23

Had a dream that I was Mad-Eye Moody from Harry Potter and I was having sex with a prostitute. That led to me dreaming that I was watching Porn and masturbating, and I was sort of cognizant of the fact that I was dreaming, so in my minding I was trying to trigger a wet dream. However, I woke up clean and I realized I was not even dry humping my bed like I would have sworn I was. I live in a Christian house, and it has kept me more honest than living with my parents as I have not wanted to do things that could be seen as unclean in the house. Tomorrow will mark the longest I have ever made it with out masturbation since before I started looking at porn at age 12. To be honest, back when I started looking at porn is the summer of 2007, I was looking on the screen of my small flip phone where I was unable to watch videos. As it was, I seem to recall porn being much more tame back then. Maybe the weird stuff was already online and I had just not become hardened to it and seeking out the hardcore stuff. While I wish I had never started, I know that it has taught me a lot of lessons about myself including who to trust among the medical profession, and it has led me to know who my closest friends are because I am able to tell them that I am an addict and they don’t judge me.

The fact that you have been welcoming people to this challenge and encouraging them for almost a whole year is awesome, you are truly amazing dude!

 

And you are finding time to type long motivational speeches to help us folks, specially us young folks , damn you're so dedicated, you should start a journal , it'll inspire a lot of people.
Ik it's disgusting how people who watch porn defend themselves(95% of the people) and criticize NoFap just because they don't want to admit that the facts are real and just because they tried but eventually gave up.
