    Yesterday I had a wet dream, My only problem is wet dream for last 8 years. I am afraid Wet dream ruined my life. There is any other solution for this wet dream.

    I am also having a lot of dreams since lockdown started

    Earlier I could watch P whole day.. but still would not have any wet dream

    I guess that has something to do with less physical activity because of lockdown

    Day 1 of doing nofap shouldn’t be hard as I’ve done 90 days before I just recommend you people avoid temptations and work on your willpower
