    it's day 7 ,, everything was going we;ll from past few days and i was performing very good in studies , had completed all my backlogs which i had missed ,, but today i messes up ,, i slept in night at 12 am after meditating and woke up at 5 am ,, after meditation , workout i made my breakfast and had it ,, but at 9 am ,, when i got to studies ,, i was feeling very sleepy , i was not able to concentrate and i slept that time and woke up at 1:30 pm ,, during this , i missed my class of chemistry ,, i really wanted to take that class but , this all happen ,, i was giving my body a proper sleeps of 7 to 8 hours once after a day giving 5 or 6 hours ,, but still , this happened an i am feeling very sad ,, and i promise myself that after this i will not waste me time unusually and will not miss any class

    relapsed again ,, last day was that horrible t can't tell you ,,, i woke up at 5 am and after meditating and workout , i prepared my breakfast and got to study ,, but i was not in the mood of study as i was yawning and not able to concentrate and eventually i slept at 9 am again ,, due to this uneven sleep ,, i missed my chemistry class ,, and after waking up , i was not productive , i was just struggling yesterday in terms of focusing ,, then i ruined my physics class by not concentrating on that for last 40 minutes as my mind was wondering off ,, this same happened with biology also in night and i was really demotivated from inside but from outside i was happy as my brain knew that he will get what he wanted in that hard time ,, after messing up my day ,, i literally had nothing productive to do and started surfing on youtube and then after few minutes i MOed ,, it doesn't matter , i watched porn or not ,, what matters is that relapse ,, my brain is still supporting me and telling me to write that i didn't watched porn so i am bit safe , but i don't think so ,, man starting with day 0 again ,, man how to say , i don't know ,, like this time i don't wanna make any mistake any so i am starting again with my web and youtube journal ,, i will track my every activity and will summarize it in night

    Hi :emoji_raised_hand:,just checking in.
    ...a piece of advice that might help:
    1) go to bed early and have around 8 hours of sleep this will make your head clear.
    2)have long walks and exercises to help your body recover better and don't sit for hours in front of the computer..
    3)find out all you can about harm you bring on yourself by PMOing and remind yourself of it daily.
    Hope this will help brother.
    p.s. It would be of immense value if you could adjust your diet.I notice that when you eat less your urges go down too and if you eat a lot they might easily go out of control.
