30 Days done !

    Before :
    - I had low self confidence, a low self esteem as well.
    - I used to suffer from social anxiety and some sort of depression also.
    - I was not happy with my life, and whenever something bad would occur, I wanted porn by my side.
    - I used to masturbate atleast 3-4 days a week. During the lockdown, the frequency increased.

    After :
    Just want to say; What I've been doing all these years has caused my life to fall apart into pieces. And now, I just want to join those broken pieces into something beautiful & meaningful through my actions and energy that I've been able to gain, ofcourse, in my semen retention journey.
    I'm a changed man now !

    Everyone who is a part of this forum is a success whether your on day one or 1,000,000. We are all looking to improve our life's and are blessed to have this forum to reach out and not be stuck in the dark about the struggle. I'm on day..I can't think lol but I know I stopped on the 14th of August and my meter hasn't been reset so it must be around 19 or 20 days. I gave up counting and just continued to follow the path that the founder of this board has setup for us. If I succeed I have all of you to thank; if I fail, I have the support and tools to get back up and try again. As long as we all try,then we are all successful. I wish everyone a wonderful day and hope to hear all your stories good or bad. Good luck everyone!!!

    What I've experienced till now on this journey is, NoFap is not just about abstaining from PMO, but it's also about investing that energy into something productive and meaningful. The days are only numbers, just like scores of a game. The real game is all about using that semen retention energy into something else !
    Don't let this energy consume you, instead you must consume that energy !
