125+ days but my life not change at all.

  1. I don't know if anyone has said this already (nor can I be fucked to find out), but I'm super positive that the source of your problems extend beyond porn and masturbation. Nofap isn't going to magically crank your IQ up to 160. If you wanna get smarter, you have to expand your knowledge by studying and learning. Nofap isn't going to magically add muscle mass and/or burn fat from your body. If you want your ideal body, you have to put in the work for it by exercising and eating right. Sorry for shitting on the "nofap superpowers", but I like to keep it real now. I'm tired of bullshit.

    TLDR; Porn and masturbation most likely has nothing to do with your problems. If you want to get smarter, study. If you want a better body, exercise and eat right.

    well, after constantly O'ing, nofap might feel like gaining superpowers because the shit state you get into when M'ing on the regular was considered normal before. youre right that its not sth that will do everything for you on its own, but it still is a very big part of the success. its kind of like doing psychedelics - the substances wont magically solve your problems, though they might (and often do) show you the answers. but you have to face those answers, otherwise youll stay the same. as the culture has progressed, people more and more have steered away from taking responsibility in their lives of just about anything, but the more one does that, the more miserable their life gets in my experience. nofap is just one the responsibilities one can take in their lives, namely the responsibility about their own bodies and desires. its a big one to take, but there are many more. but just cause theres a lot more of things you need to take responsibility for/care of, doesnt mean that the positive effects of nofap should be called as bullshit. sure enough some people make it look bigger than it is for most people, but maybe for them that was that one last thing they needed to take care of, which made them feel like life turned around by 180 degrees.

  3. Yeah but this guy obviously has something worse going on right now and shouldn't be focusing on nofap. He has achieved 125+ days and nothing has changed for him. He has to find out what his problem really is and solve it.

    I agree with @Killbane, if you've done 125+ days you'll at least be able manage urges a bit easier if nothing else. You should then just focus on life, improving things and following your goals. I always feel that people who relapse after 90+ days just have too much time on their hands, and they keep thinking about their pmo even when it shouldn't be too much of a problem managing it anymore. Just get some focus and direction in your life and you'll be too busy to even notice changes due to nofap. Also, if you have cleaned up your act but some random symptoms persist maybe seek help for those particular things because they may not be associated with your pmo. Basically just try to forget about pmo and leave your life.

    I'm getting you bro. The reason behind this is that we won't change our mind also about this. We just consider like if we are doing nofap then everything will be automatically go right. The truth is we have to work smart in order to get other things. You should start having some excercise, running or gym also to have a more clearer self image.
