Is this an accurate statement: with nofap, someone who has 10 days under their belt of no PMO can be making improvements faster than someone with 40 days of no PMO because...

Nofap is about quality not quantity. Someone can be 500 days into not jerking off or looking at porn, but if they haven’t also been working out, working on the diet, reading, cold showers, saving for retirement, paying off the house, other improvement stuff, then those 500 days were kind of just in vein?

While quitting pmo by itself is good, nofap is also a lifestyle of constantly making improvements of ones life? And if one hasn’t been making those improvements, but are just counting the days, the what are they really doing?

Yes, Stopping to count days can help some people!
    I’m doing the same.

    Not quite.
There’s no use if you have a good mindset for 9 days, and every 10th day you Jerk off.
    You could say,
    “This journey cannot be perfect.”

I agree about not counting days. If you’re doing well the weeks fly by and you lose track. You’re just happy that you’re on the straight and narrow.
