That's a good sign of recovery from porn and masturbation. That goes out for semen retention too.

It's okay. Just watch out, your subconscious will be looking for another release soon, and urges will be stronger for a couple days

  7. I'm well into the triple digits of total retention, with nary a wet dream to be had. At first, I was hoping to have such a natural release, believing it would be beneficial to prostate health and state of mind. Now I've come to the point where I am not so unhappy over it, seeing as I don't have to worry much about soiling anything and perhaps my energies are better retained this way.

It seems if I consciously and constantly keep my thoughts away from any source of temptation or suggestive thought, my mind will not even track in that direction during sleep. Thus, it is a victory of sorts--but, like the others here, I would never consider a WD a relapse. It is natural, non-voluntary, and likely unavoidable, especially for some people. Note that I do not say they can be avoided by purity of thought; I simply wonder if that has any relationship to things, for I know that I have been doing far better in seeing a change to my thought patterns compared to whilst I was in my addicted state.
