Hello guys, I’m currently on the highest streak I’ve ever been, 8 days going to 9 now.
On day 7 I felt like I was experiencing happiness as it’s maximum, but day 8 was something else, I felt tired, anxious, dumb, brain fog and a lot of things that I feel the most on day 0, do you guys know if this could be the first flatline? If so, how often do they normally appear?

fortunately I could overcome the day very successfully and I’m looking for those 90 days

The flatline can occure in later stages or in early stages, it depends on the person. My flatline didn't appear until the 25th day or so on one of my past voyages. All you're feeling is dopamine withdrawal symptoms.

It's very likely a flatline. Get ready to feel bad - accept the bad feelings. Accepting them is a major part of rebooting, because you're probably going to have some bad moments even as you progress deep into the streak. Part of what we're trying to teach our brain here is that we shouldn't run away from those feelings.
Don't let my words dishearten you. You'll absolutely have many wonderful moments along the way. You just have to accept the good with the bad.
P.S. flatline usually subside after a few days.

    All the best!
