17yo Dutch Newbie

    17yo Dutch guy, I've been watching porn for 2-3 years now and I'm done with it. I didn't watch porn every day and when I did it was no longer than 20 minutes. So I don't see myself as a real addict. I quit porn because I want to feel more confident and I want to improve my social skills. I have already done a 30-day streak but I relapsed. Since I'm not in a relationship, I am going to quit PMO completely and when the time is there I'll probably switch to PM. Quitting porn will be quite easy for me but Instagram and youtube may distract me so I've limited myself to only 30 of Instagram and 60 minutes of youtube per day with a blocker. I started to read self-help books such as "how to win friends and influence people" to keep myself busy during the day.

    Hi there, welcome!

    I use an app called Freedom which is very cheap and syncs across devicesprevents porn, and distracting sites and apps.
