    so day 2 here ,, and i have joined monthly challenge in my telegram group for this month september ,, this month is a revolutionary month as i first decided to quit masturbation in this month only 2 years back ,, and i roughly managed to achieve target of 1 moth with like few nightfalls ,, that time i didn't knew the meaning of relapse as it was my first step so i decided then that ''i will watch porn but will not masturbate ,, LMAO ,, and we all know that what would have happened there , i pmoed ,, that time i didn't knew about nofap ,, i was just a 15 year old kid who decided to quit maturbation on his birthday , 13th september ,, but now i am fully prepared and know exactly what i have to do ,,so i have many ideas regarding to nofap which i will implement this month ,, so yeah this month is very crucial and here is my plan :------>>>>>>>
    1. this month i will basically give my time to nofap and will watch videos related to this ,, will research on this and will try to finsh the book reading of ybop by gary wilson
    2. also this month i will try to implement new ideas in my life and will equally consume and will equally produce
    3. for this month i will make a web journal here on nofap and will report my every web activity before doing it [if everything will be favourable ]
    4. this is a really crucial month so will try not to relapse this month at any cost ,, will survive this month
    5. also i am working on my why's for nofap and will write almost 100 reasons about why i want to quit nofap
    6. also in studies as well ,, i will give my best and will perform really hard
    7. also i will not skip an of my daily habits like meditation , workout and going to sleep at 12 am and waking up early
    8. also i will not pressurize and criticize myself about mistakes except relapse as i felt that during stress my mind wants a stressbusters like porn, so i will keep clam this month
    9. also i decided to plan for my youtube channel which i will start in few years and i want to prepare for that from now only as i want to deliver some crazy contents there for students like me who is preparing for pre medicals and struggling with activities like time management and lot more


      so this is the plan and i don't want to regret at the end of this month that i must have done more ,, so these are just options to me and will try to include all of these in my daily to do lists

    Day 18 and I feel kinda blah. I'm still following the program and taking vitamins,trying to eat better. Still no alcohol or tobacco either. I find that it's harder but easier overall to rid all the bad hobbits at one time. For all you zero day people, let's get to 3!! 72 hours, c'mon!!! If my old ass can do it,so can you. Good luck everyone!!

    42 days completed i am completely exhausted right now as i was busy and i am not able to update as my exam is coming so i will not update for 2 weeks after my exam hope my exam goes well very nervous about it

    No PMO for more than a week now.

    The benefits which I experienced in the last week.

    1. Ample amount of free time to spend productively. Eg: I found out few new songs which I never heard before. This gave me the same high as masturbation would have done but in a more realistic and beautiful way.
    2. Being more happy and being free of mood swings. Eg: being able to enjoy small things like riding bike to work.
    3. Absence of mind fog and heaviness in one's legs. This helps in being more active and seeing things in-depth.
    4. Loss of anxiety. Started speaking to people with whom I felt afraid before.
    5. Being accessible for help to others in need.

    The other side of the coin is, I still get thoughts about PMO. But the strength of these thoughts have been decreasing with every passing day.

    Though I took the challenge for 90 days, I hope to make this a permanent lifestyle change by eliminating PM forever from my life. That's why, will stop counting the number of days from now and will keep posting my experiences.
