I have not been here for awhile as took a break and relapsed a couple of times. But I on a streak now and choose to go back here. I have had no major triggers of lately and been so for a few weeks thank God. Yet still have inpure thoughts at times, esp late at night.

Well done! You are doing so well, and back to where you were at the start of the year. Keep going strong.

 

Happy to hear you still in the challenge. It not easy after a relapse, but any day that is free of PMO is worth its weight in gold.
