Edging till precum comes out

    I have a problem. I keep edging. The longest i've stayed away from edging recently was 9 days. When I edge most of the time I don't cum. I don't feel an orgasm and I stop when precum comes out. Sometimes I'm edging and I don't feel an orgasm, but the cum just kind of slowly makes it's way out after I am doing my best to not cum.

    Am I broken? Should I just have a full relapse?

    Why are you edging at all? you are just torturing yourself. If you keep doing that, there is a 99% chance that you'll wanna relapse.
    From my experience, edging doesn't make any sense. It just gives you more pain and you are wasting time. And yeah, you can have ejaculation without an orgasm (multiple times). But what's the point? why would you do that?
    It's important to know what you want, what is your goal, and to try to keep up with it. If you can't do this, then better stop (relapse if you want), wait some time, make a plan a start all over again. That new plan shouldn't contain edging, cause you are going nowhere that way.

    I tried to relapse, but I just couldn't orgasm. I became soft and kept trying to do it and it just wasn't happening. I'm kind of frustrated since I was pretty much just edging again.

    So, the problem is that you didn’t have an orgasm? Is that it?
    Well, that usually happens when you are edging and cum without an orgasm. You tricked your body and brain to ejaculate without proper sensation. Spasm (squeeze) that creates a jet of sperm we usually see during orgasm didn’t happen in this case. That's why the sperm came out the way you described. Also, since you already came (and that can be done multiple times with edging) there’s not much semen left.
    You can try to make a break for a few days until you feel the urge again. When that happens try to masturbate in the usual way (NO edging) … and see what will happen.
    It would be good to try to understand why do you edge at all and why don’t you just masturbate the usual way? Also, it's not clear is edging your problem and what exactly do you want to change in your behavior?

    I'm not sure if he meant that "he is broken" in that way? ... maybe he just wanted to say that he couldn't achieve orgasm (relapse) and that he "broke" something down there so it's not functioning as before.o_O What do you think he wanted to say?

    Well, it's unclear what the op was worried about. I thought he was worried that he couldn't come when he was trying to relapse? Either way you need to stop. As all of the other comments have said. Also, yes edging is continuing to destroy you so you are damaged.

    I'm going to do strictly hardmode from now on. I forced myself to relapse today and the cum came out slowly. I barely felt an orgasm. I think I broke something with this constant edging and holding back cum. I feel almost the same after just a little tired.

    I edged because of this false notion that edging is better than a full relapse and I would start edging then at the end I was about to cum and decided I'd rather not to save some energy.

    So I think I've been constantly orgasming with no ejaculation. That's probably why I don't feel it.

    Anyways after today I'm starting hardmode. I'm gonna shut down my laptop and keep it out my room. Also I'll put the phone away from my bed. I can't shut it down cause I need to use the alarm though.

    I'm on about day 10 no edging. I've had a couple slip ups but not to the point where I'm about to orgasm. My member doesn't seem to get that hard. I hope it's not ED cause I'm only 17.

    I stopped counting after the slip ups. They were literally open up the site try to do it to some thumbnails start a video lose interest and close after 10 seconds.

    I just now did the same thing and I'm tired of this. I'm trying to minimize this but I wonder how far this sets me back.

    One thing that's helped me so far is CBD flower. I PMO mostly because of anxiety so instead of PMO ing I use some CBD flower and it's helped stop my cravings a little bit.
     
  20. If it only helps a little bit then you are essentially doubling up on habits. It is my opinion that this strategy will not work and may leave you a lot lighter in the wallet. The ONLY caveat is that you see a medical professional and use medical grade CBD with a very low D9 tincture. I’m not trying to minimize anxiety. I understand that. Perhaps you should find the root cause of the anxiety? Healing is always better when there’s a name. Take a look at your diet. How often do you get outside?
