Try to memorize your triggers and avoid them, and the moment you even start thinking of something that ends you up doing PMO, stop it before it starts "taking over you" after you get turned on it's hard to get rid of the thoughts, just look at the wall and recall what happened during the day or something like that until the unwanted thoughts vanish. also if the video game turns you on at some parts, stop playing it (not really xD I wouldn't abandon a video game until I finish it but that's just me)

There's some Google Chrome Extension called K9, it blocks porn sites for you (anything +18 basically but I'm not sure if it actually blocks everything %100.).

Also avoid touching or even looking as much as possible, I started sitting on the toilet to pee recently, I don't know if it's relevant but it helps me avoid touching my junk (yes I do clean afterwards lol)

Even game of war is a trigger for me haha. That girl tempts me every time
