    So fellow grinders just something to bring up. Don't forget abouth hip mobility, abouth strong lower back and knees. Keep up the good work. Do not over train but when you are training, train like is your last one. Be smart and strong!

    That is a great start !
    There is a thread here for push ups, look for proper form .
    Form is everything .

  14. Woke up and hit the gym. Easing back in.

    Chest press and curls superset.
    Cable rows and curls superset.
    Couple sets/ exercises for core/and
    15 minute HIIT rowing machine for 2.7km

  15. Cardio and some freebody.
    Just to never stop ;)

    Day 4

    • push ups - 45
    • squads - 30
    • biceps curls - 40
    • back workout -20
    • running - 15 mins
    Looking forward for the next week workouts

  18. Change that exercise .
    For beginner is little to no benefit .

    Do pull ups, if your level doesn't allow it - Deadhangs .
