    Still didn't let the day to be wasted and did some work anyway.

    Was in the gym and then I studied the whole day.
    Was in dance class this evening with a girl. But I am not sure if she considers it to be a date xD

    Back to day 0

    I've been in bed for the past couple day's cos i hurt my back while boxing training (old injury) which means full bed rest for a while, and i found a hole in my filter in a time of weakness. Good news is I've figured out how to make it so i can't hack it anymore, so it should actually work now. I've been at this for a few years so another relapse is nothing new but being part of this thing makes it sting a hell of a lot more when i fail again...hopefully that feeling will drive me to find the discipline i need. Now i can't access P whenever i want i feel hopeful about making real progress. Gotta stay strong learn my lesson and keep moving forward, i will be a Viking with you guys!

    Exercised well today, totally covered with sweat but this made me feel better today

    Earlier this happened often too me, as my hacking skills were improving. I feel with you bro. It's sad for your streak, but you recovery is not completely destroyed, if you make it now. Stand up again like a invincible Viking. You have a good plan, now you will make it!!!

    Met with the woman again today. We only talked stupidly, I really can't flirt anymore.
    It's unbelibvable how you can lose your shape.
    I haven't really dated since my dad tried to commit suicide and was at the intensive care unit a year ago, it's going to be a real struggle to learn again.
    It's going to be a dangerous week, I am really frustrated and frustration has always driven me to watch porn.
    Then the frustration was gone and I had no motivation to tackle the problems.
    But this time it will be different.
    I feel incredibly well compared to the last years.
    I haven't been so self-disciplined for years and I feel calm and content inside.
    Even though my clumsiness in dealing with women has become really sad.
    Tomorrow I have to work all day again on my doctoral thesis, I have to stick to my daily schedule 100%.

    Keep going man you're doing really well! Its great that you feel more discipline this time around, that's the kind of progress that will drive you towards your goals. And don't worry about that "clumsiness" its totally temporary, you're resetting, your hormones are doing flips right now bro. That'll all change pretty soon.

    My counter still say's day 0 when i relapsed Saturday past midnight and its Monday now. I probably shouldn't get too bogged up in a couple days but just so i know how to count it for myself, do i say i'm on day 1 or 2? Not sure how its counted in a past midnight situation. Sorry for posting tedious stuff.

    Been in bed recovering, feeling a lot better, gonna be able to start moving around soon. Been slacking on my daily routine but only because of current circumstances. Looking forward to getting up and about again.

    I think sleeping ends the day, so you are on day 2 now. Being hurt or sick makes nofap difficult. Did you try easier breathing exercises than WHM, if you cannot do this currently? Autogenic training and meditation may help too.

    OK cool that's what i thought but wasn't sure thanks...for some reason its updated to day 1 since my comment lol. It was a bit awkward at first but i can do my regular meditations no problem now. Good thing is music has gone great and I've found the rehab program i need while in bed, so i'm looking to the positive and keeping my eyes on the target, i'l be in prizefighting shape in no time!! ;)

  17. the counter in nofap count as a day also the day 0.
    So if you are on your second day. The counter will say 1.
    Because it counts only the completed days.
    In addition to this. it also has a bug. And it's slow in updating itself.
    So if right now (18 45 Italian time) I would start my new streak.
    I would get day 2 on my signature wedsneday at around 20 30.
