    Pull-ups is very difficult for me... and also i want to increase the size of biceps .... but i ill try the deadhangs

  2. They will increase in the future .
    I recommend bigger muscle groups for training .
    Results and benefits will be enormous .

    Glutes, legs, back, chest , core .

    Hands will come kind of automatically and biceps , triceps it's not really beginner .

    Big muscles, big benefits .

  11. 6 months from the start of the thread

    I am stronger, with greater endurance , with less body fat .
    This experiment is giving enormous results for me , since I humbly consider myself to know the truth and follow an athletic and aesthetic functional body .

    I am so glad I started working out only with body weight . After a month or two, I will buy added weight for weighted calisthenics , but you know I have to be sure my FORM is perfect before doing so .

    I am not saying, free weight, much of you train with is bad . But I am just reassuring that working with body weight you start to pull over, jump over, climb, carry things . I am telling that is completely worth it .

    With this amount of training I do only with more rest and disciplined nutrition, for the next 6 months I can go to places many haven't . I am blessed .
