I go to the park ..do some yoga and jogging with my friends then come back home take a cold shower and start doing my work... Yesterday I had a lot of urges at night... but now I am absolutely fine... we must exercise in order to maintain those urges

@Invincible Under The Sun and family....... I have returned. After a long and gruesome tussle, I made more change. It took me forever but I am back on my streak. Once again I am on day 10 and I am not going to be relapsing anymore. I am here to stay. I know the standard the hokage needs to be and I am going to fulfill it! Im glad to be back.
