  5. Samething happen to me last year. I did 270 days of no pm. I was not on harmode but nothing really changed. I was really angry most of the time. I relapse but it was the same as before. I dont think, NoFap will fix everything in life. But it was one less problem i had to deal with. Life will be life with or without porn and masturbation.

  6. 5 minutes won't do any good, Aim for an hour daily. Even if you can't just sit down and keep your eyes shut for 1 hour, if you feel like checking time every 5 minutes then do it, slowly your mind will get used to it, 5 minute sessions will become 15-20 mins sessions and soon 1 hour+ sessions. Quality and quantity both will improve but it will take weeks.. Stick to it!
