I just relapsed on day 25.
After I relapsed I feel kind of relaxed... But with alot of anger...
I will do it again... Day 0 now.
    Damn shit

  2. I just did too. 37 days in. I relapsed once before (without P) 19 days ago. The same amount of time to when I started.

    Resetting my counter; honestly.

Let's not forget how good we felt during NF; fuck that. How good we feel NOW during NF.

This is a hurdle in our journey to healing.

What led to the relapse, what was the first trigger? Was it Youtube?

Yea, figure out what triggered it! You have to learn these triggers. That’s what has helped me tremendously.

  5. I highly recommend writing a "relapse autopsy" (This isn't my original terminology so credit to wherever I heard it.)

I just did on my journal, and it really helps in to seeing where you were at physically and mentally to when you relapsed.

I just relapsed earlier and I took another good look at myself, and I'm ready to pick myself back up and face the challenges ahead!

    Erotic dream...
In 25 days I had 3 wet dreams, and the last was erotic one. I then went to live video chat app, which I download and delete several times a day. And relapsed on couple kissing while the girl was seducing her man... Didn't watch P.

  7. While it's not traditionally P, it did act as a stimulus for MO. My relapse was very similar to yours, but I still consider it P. Don't look at this as a bad thing. Own it! Acknowledge you made a mistake instead of rationalizing it and move on to be stronger than before.

You need to ditch that phone. Get a new one and vow to never PMO with it. Everytime you see that phone, it is tempting you to install the app because you have made it a habit. I am being completely serious. Your phone is 50% of the addiction right now, you can't trust yourself with it. I would replace it and keep the new one fresh, clean and away from deviant perverted secret behavior.

Wow, I just did that. I knew that my old phone was my problem. So I bought a new one.
Wish me good luck guys. And if it continued with the new phone. I will buy an old phone with no i-net. Just send and end.

Thank you all for your replies. I really appreciate it and many thanks to alpha, he is a very helpful man. Thank you.
