@Fighter_4_life I read your post on Luca . Highly intelligent comes hand to hand with inability of well-structured work( I mean 6 hours everyday, you are more freedom loving, you can go harder and easier on some days ) See if you are emotionally drained . If so, took some days full off . If not get to business . There is no way around it . If you need to get it done , get it done !
Thank you so much for replying.. I am already short of time that is why I am saying 6 hrs everyone. I took so much time off to get my inner stuff fixed up I have malfunctioned my good innate ability to think I guess You are so much right about the fact if anything needs to be done it needs to be done.. Gonna watch some YouTube videos for procrastination etc Hope I fix this
No . You don't need that . The recipe goes like this . You turn off the outer world for some hours . Get a good night sleep . Stack on healthy energy foods and drinks for the next day . And you go . You go . Beast mode . You go . You dedicate them, sacrificed them . You learn with love . Every word that is popping . The smart way . Only what you need to learn . No extra . Seeing that message WILL HELP you, but still distracts you . It's go time . Just take aim . There is no time, that means time is right . You got to attack . Youtube cannot teach you a thing you don't already now . To keep it short . GO !
One more practical advice . Go to satisfaction . Dedicate the days . It may study more than 6 hours if you feel like it . You go for it, no other way around it .
If somebody else is shaky . We do this, cause we love this . We go forward . We feel brain O while hitting the books . We don't do these as some kind of a lay off . Of a diploma . WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSION ? AU . AU . AU . AU. AU. AU .
Thank you leader of me.. I have another problem that is keeping me from studying.. I have lot of Overthinking pathways which are addictive in nature.. I kinda have OCD Bit about background ; I encountered threatening situation and I was in that situation for a long time.. And my mind used to think about how to get out of it.. And i finally did Then for months my mind was over analyzing what went wrong so that I will be able to avoid such situations.. And even though things are over right now just few days back.. My mind against brings up the fact what went wrong how can you prevent it.. Over and over What signs to look for.. I just can't stop them.. I Googled and found out on YouTube "brain gets anxious about a problem solves them person feels happy dopamine gets released.. Brain again gets problem solves it in head again dopamine gets released.. And process continues. DeltafosB pathways developed along the problem solving part of mind.. Pretty much like pmo addiction Now even if the problem isn't there My brain creates a thing from past solves it and feels happy.. Addicted to thinking " This OCD is crap but solution I found it on YouTube once you stop giving in to thoughts it will stop bothering you after sometimes though hard at first.. I am going for it leader of me... I am going for the best I can so right now I have two addiction one is fantasy/MO second is Overthinking...
I will do it definitely... And i will post my academic improvements strategy on the Athens Academy.. It will be kinda academical improvement journal.. I hope it really helps people in future that struggle with procrastination Thanks a lot leader of me.. I study engineering Btw

There's no such word in here. We will win. Because as Leader said, if we need to get it done. We get it done. No matter what. It's about that. And also forgot on my journal, but I will highlight two precious advices he gave you. Food and sleep. Many understimate the importance of nutrition. And too many thinks that the more you stay awake watching a book the more you are studying. It does not work like that. Give all your best until you can. Then rest, and give your best the next day, and the next day. And soon your best will always become better
Yeah we are go getters Got two inspiration things to share which I came across on nofap 1)I watched a video here I will modify it a bit here There are two wolves inside us One telling us not to study and think about xyz Other telling us to study and stop thinking about xyz You know which wolf wins.. The one who you feed 2) addicts have very weak pre frontal Cortex than normal people but if they overcome their addiction they have stronger pre frontal Cortex than normal people which kinda will makes them very powerful thinkers, intelligent people somewhat having higher cognitive skills than normal people.. We can lead people. We can be leaders.
