does watching naked pics count as failing the challenge?

    Hi..I am 22 and on day 16 today..going for 90 days hard mode..and I have a group of friends on whatsapp and we share pics of naked girls on it..ever since I took up the challenge I have been careful not to look at them or download them..but 2-3 days ago I accidentally looked at them..does this mean I failed the challenge? Next time I will be careful not to take a peek at them

    It is bad for your reboot, that's all you need to know. Whether or not it constitutes as "failing the challenge" has very little meaning in the sense that the challenge isn't nearly as important as what goes on in your brain. If you're trying to cure porn induced sexual dysfunctions or trying to regain confidence and/or lose brain fog etc. you're certainly not doing yourself any favours by indulging in this "peeking behaviour".
    A proper reboot has no artificial stimulation involved as it would otherwise reinforce the neural pathways you're trying to wither away and weaken. Whether or not you want to go hardmode (no sexual release and/or arousal) is up to you - That being said, a lot of rebooters (myself included) seem to benefit more from this type of reboot as opposed to an orgasm reboot.
