How do I turn sexual energy into Productive energy?

    Seriously, why is it so hard? Every time I try to be productive and sit and study, boredom overtakes me and I get urges to do PMO. I have so much energy, just to do the wrong things. If I could even direct 50% of my horniness I swear I would be a billionaire by now or something.

    What has helped you do this? Any tips or tricks?

  3. I don't know if this is the case for others, but I find you need to get to the point where you really need to have a desire for urges instead of resisting them. Yes, you want to encourage the urges and welcome them... If the urges are uncomfortable and you feel like you want to get rid of them, then you'll need to work on getting comfortable with them. Urges to me are now much more preferable than having post-ejaculatory side-effects. This has allowed me to keep going with my streak.

    I know it sounds weird, but when I got to the point where I started welcoming the urges instead of fighting and resisting them, I became very aggressive. I don't know if it's because of extra testosterone or what, but this aggression has fueled my workouts and I can now push through pain and do more reps than is normal for me and do things that usually cause severe anxiety like speaking in front of a group, or approaching women that are clearly "out of my league". I haven't yet experimented with other forms of transmutation so I don't know how it works when one applies it to studying or to the creative arts.

    One negative side of energy transmutation is that I can't sleep for the usual 7-8 hours and can only get about 5-6 hours before I am forced to wake up from the ridiculous amount of energy coupled with a raging erection. (No alarm clock necessary.) I started doing extra push-ups at 430 am when it wakes me up to dissipate the energy.

    @Overcome Fear I think your technique may be good for workouts. I have even massaged my balls before going to gym, believing this could make a boost on my testosterone levels (anyway, this massage arouses me a lot and I become more awake). However, at least in my case, when I'm trying to study I just get easily distracted if I'm horny. I started NoFap 5 months ago, and when my flatlines end it becomes harder to study. My control over myself has increased, I am no longer going to porn sites and I fapped only five times since I started. I can easily stop what I'm doing and relax my mind, but when I'm doing things that need concentration and are less enjoyable, like studying, it's more difficult. And I think that might be the case of @cuffmecrimson

Don't just try to convert sexual energy into mental energy, add exercise to your routine so that you can channel sexual energy better.I know sometimes there is a lot of energy and that is problematic.Staying away from P will help you use this energy better. You will learn this better over time.

    I don’t even think there’s a different classification for energy!!
    It’s the same damn form of Energy produced via ATP.

    It’s all in your head.

    It’s hard though, I agree.

    In such situations, the following has helped me:
    1. Purposely Working harder.
    2. Workout. Sweat it out.

    A common theme here is that everyone thinks that I should start working out more lol. My skinny arms would thank me! I have access to a free gym at my school, so I think im going to go through orientation later today so I can regularly start attending.
