Guys, i need your advice here.
I've been a really calm person the whole my life. But since yesterday I can easily become irritated and really ANGRY. That's not like frustration, it is exactly anger and a felling to destroy something. Can someone relate to this? Have you got any advice how to cure it?

I’ve been talking in terapy about that.
I have been very angry too. I was told to really pay attention to what are my triggers in that area.

I am a calm person too, but it was because I thought that it was what I was supposed to do, so in fact I was just supressing feelings. And now they are boiling up.

One thing that is helping me is to really talk about my feelings and thoughts.
Other thing that caused anger in me was being too hard on myself and demanding a lot of things that in the end I couldn’t do. And then I would get angry at people for being “lazy”.

I like to fight too! I am into boxing.

And finally I write too haha some apocalyptic story. So you take that out of your head.
