    I am a little unsure what to say. I suppose I wished to post just to outwardly acknowledge a problem for the first time that developed as a coping mechanism and has perniciously eaten away at me over the past decade. I am not overly hopeful, things are too bleak for that, but it is far better than the alternatives right now. Perhaps its best to say that I really want this to work out.

    We should improve in all area of our life, just being dissatisfied or stressed makes us relapse.

    An effective weapon to overcome urges and thoughts : mindfulness.
    The brain will try to win you and to get some triggers for the seek of dopamine. Resist
