Morning Routine- What do you do when you wake up?

    I wake up, say a prayer, read something positive, have a cup of tea, shower, brush my teeth, take some vitamins, eat breakfast, have a coffee then crack on with my day.

    After work I go for a run

    Night time
    Chillout with some entertainment
    Create a list for the next day
    Pray

    For my morning I focus on getting a cold shower in and a healthy breakfast.

    At the moment I wake up around 7am, have a shower, have a healthy smoothie then go to work. I was at one point doing cardio at the gym for 40 min most mornings, but I've gotten slack with that. I can't stick to a meditation routine either.

    Rise at 0330 hours.

    drink cucumber water and repeat morning mantras 0331 - 0340

    yoga 0341 - 0400

    daily journal and meditation 0401 - 0500

    smoke meth 0501 - 0505

    fasted cardio 0506 - 1400

    quick meal 1401 - 1420

    non fasted cardio 1421 - 1600

    work on my side projects 1601 - 1900

    check investing portfolio 1901 - 2100

    dinner with family 2101 - 2200

    smoke more meth 2201 - 2205

    run more 2206 - 0100

    downtime for the day. I think its important to set aside some time each day for yourself to relax and get caught up in your daily hustle and bustle 0100- 0200

    Since corona I haven't had a strict routine. Generally I wake up at 7, eat, shower, meditate and lift. I get home from the gym a bit before 10 and will have a quick meal. After that it varies each day. Some days Ill skate all day, work, see my family, study. I have been trying to get back into yoga in the afternoon and I am always in bed at 10 to read for an hour before going to sleep at 11. Thats about it
