Anyone know any solutions to stop wet dreams?

  1. I know a lot of people say that wet dreams are the body's natural way of releasing built up sexual tension but i don't agree with that since i never had any wet dreams before i started jacking off and even after it for quite some time until i screwed my physical condition by fapping.I also know a lot of people who don't have them at all.I read somewhere that they occur due to weakness in the parasympathetic nervous system from excess fap and concluded that the natural thing happens very rarely (I may be wrong).
    I have been having wet dreams waaayy to frequently for the past 2 years (possibly more during any nofap streaks,ever since i started this challenge i have been having them on an average of twice-thrice a week) .They drain me physically and mentally, i feel they setback the body and mind's rebooting process.After them i also feel more vulnerable to PMO although i've grown immune to that feeling now.They are like a double edged sword.Due to it have no libido at all or little libido which makes nofap easier. I realized this lately and I feel as if i am not really doing the challenge or really rebooting.I once did a 10 month hard mode streak and had so many wet dreams during the entire period that i did not really feel any physical difference and hence,eventually relapsed.I know how important the sperm's reabsorption is to the body's health and want to avoid any waste to grow stronger and full of vitality.

    So please guys if you know any solutions to stop wet dreams please please share with me.
    Cold showers before sleeping are not possible since my family are going to think i'm nuts and i might fall ill sleeping under the air conditioner.I am considering a few medicine but reluctantly so, since they are known to increase the libido which i do not want and would rather prefer to let mine return at its natural pace.Also they are not entirely dependable,expensive and require long term use which is not safe.

    You can try some simple things like - sleeping on the back
    -quiting tight clothes when you are sleeping
    -pee before going to sleep

    I've always thought that it's natural and it's a sign of the body being healthy , specially since i don't feel any tired after it, unlike regular masturbation which used to exhaust me for a day or two.

    i think you should get some proffisional help from a doctor , he should tell you if it's really affecting your body badly or not
     
  4. Man i get a lot of the same stuff that one does after fapping. Being physically and mentally drained is always present.I'm most certain it's effecting my body terribly especially at the present frequency.

    Hey, im also looking for ways to stop wet dreams, so that i can conserve all the sperm.
    The semen is POTENT life-force energy. That is why it is so important to hold onto it, and do all you can to stop the involuntary loss (wet dreams)

    If you are able to hold on to it, and let it be reabsorbed into the body, overtime, you will regenerate your body and mind, and redo all the harms made to it by excessive masturbation.

    Causes of wet dreams: impure thoughts and long self-abuse done in ignorance.

    a few tips:

    1. Avoid wet-dreams by lowering the gaze and not looking at all the hot girls (yeah, its summer and it will be hard). At least dont take the 2nd look and turn around.

    2. In the evening before going to bed, avoid looking at things that will sexually arouse you (tv, films, web sites etc)

    3. Avoid chilli and hot spices and Dont go to bed with a full stomach.

    4. Take cold hip baths by sitting in a tub of water and keeping the legs outside the tub. This is very invigorating and energising. A cold hip bath tones and soothes the nerves of the genito-urinary system and stops nocturnal discharges in an efficacious manner.

    Yoga helps a lot brother. It will also help you to control over your lusty thoughts so you don't have bad dreams while sleeping. I have experienced it.

    What I may recommend is that you either check it out with a doctor, or take NF capsules which are supposed to strengthen the PC muscles in the you-know-where. It is a natural supplement, and is usually used to increase the time before an ejaculation, for people with premature ejaculation. It strengthens the nerves there, and is usually used to also remove frequent wet dreams, which are caused due to over-use of it by...you know what. But check it out with a doctor first. And lowering your gaze will also help.

    Maybe you should try lucid dreaming. Try to gain control of your dream life and direct it away from sex.

    Lucid dreaming is awesome in general and you should consider getting into it even if you didn't have this problem.

    Your doctor is 100% correct. Normally, wet dreams are a sign that everything is going well in the body. But if your wet dreams are too frequent, that may be a sign that something is up. The thing is, the NF capsule is there to strengthen your PC muscle. You said that after you stopped PMOing, the number of wet dreams increased: by a lot. This means that your PC muscles may not be very strong to stop the flow of semen. Nocturnal emissions are usually caused by the build-up of semen. You can also try Kegel exercises.     I was lucky. I discovered sex first through wet dreams, but I picked the worst looking girls in school, so wet dreams disgusted me. I did not want to go where they went, so I soon taught myself to wake up whenever began to play. Later when I discovered the pleasures of M, I realized that I quit waking to wet dream intros. It was decades before I experienced another wet dream. I felt excited like a teenager again, but, when I told my wife, she got totally defensive.
    From my experience, I think it is possible to wake up and stop the process, like we wake up to just the bathroom. I imagine though that there will always be "bedwetters" and times of incontinence to be tolerated.
