    Okay guys, I just relapsed again.

    I just didn't feel like doing anything and was tired all day and had too much time.

    I really need to focus on waking up early in the morning and having more energy (by waking up earlier, which is extremelly difficult for me) and then do exercise everyday.

    Is there an advise that maybe someone has for waking up early in the morning, even when it is extremelly difficult?

    Hope this will help,
    I noticed that Everytime I relapse it takes about a month to go back to my normal routine of waking up at 5:30.
    Before that I experience low energy, lack of motivation to do any work that require some focus, waking up is very hard even after 7hrs of sleep, It's the worst period.
    After noticing the pattern am nolonger angry or frustrated.
    Am now more patient with myself, knowing that it won't last, I just have to be strong.

    55 days completed i am back guys gave exam didn't go well feeling sad cried yesterday but that's what life fall 7 time but rise 8 times no regrets for that hope you all are doing good

    There was an app on the app store to help you wake up everyday 1 min earlier than the day before. Good luck.
