    So I am going to try a reboot, just wondering from you guys I can still have sex with my partner right, but I will be abstaining from pornography and from pleasing myself. Does this sound ok?
    Also, if I have a video that my partner and I made and decide to please myself with this does it count?

    No video pornography with your partner. You can have sex with your partner if you don't have ED issues. If you have erection issues, you need a no-sex reboot for 90 days or so.

    So, 90 days without sex if someone has ED problems.. Man, that's going to be so hard to "explain" her, it really creates in me some anxiety, I'm at day 11..

    just to not be as dependent on pleasing myself as a whole. Also just want a fresher mind and an overall healthier lifestyle. I take too long to finish with my girl and I’m trying to lower the time this become more sensitized
