Today's I had completed my 10 day of challenge.
It goes good, i always telling myself that I'm human beings, a most developed and intelligence creation on earth.
Also having great powers to achieves that our next generations proud on us.
One day, We will be soil in earth's lap! So do some good words for our love ones, parents, family, society and nation that will proud to us.

Challenge is ON.

I'm will change myself to change the world.

21/90 in the books!
Feeling really good. It's really good to stop and think of the good work you do. 3 weeks so far and really determined to crack this on. Currently a little flat line... without emotional ups and downs tho... just no urges not a thought of sex or PMO. Back in the days I was super scared of it as I didn't know what's going on but now I know what's happening and actually I take it for granted and make best out of it.
