    I have been doing Yoga , Meditation and Gym daily since last few days. Now, I need to start increasing the I tensity of my workouts.

    Also, I need to focus on my diet more.

    I have been found well in terms of physical activites like Yoga n Gym. But for my intelectual growth , I still procrastinate a lot. Although , I am getting better with my concentration levels.

    From today, I will start adding a evening ritual to my day. I have been doing well in terms of my morning ritual which includes Yoga n Meditation + Gym.

    I gave up on freinds in the academy as sometimes I spoiled my relations with them and sometimes I was not comfortable with them.
    That is why I need to be stronger.

    I need to learn to live with myself. The best way to do that is to become an intellectual nerd. I need to develop interest in Edx courses and Educational videos more.

    I was not pursuing any goal. So, I was not able to motivate myself to improve myself.

    I gotnreally depressed as I again became addicted to unproductive lifestyle. I become a zombie in this lifestyle. I just keep watching YouTube, tv shows or sports while day.
    This continued for one week.

    From today , I will try to again become productive.

    I would get back to my schedule by 1st November.

    I usually think about my peak and thats already helpful, managed to do 50 Abs today thanks to that imaging, I wouldnt have been able to without it.

    Daily Diet Habits
    Chuna and isabghol with curd
    Dry fruits with daliya
    Fruits in evening
    Drink lots of water
    Use Healthify me
    Drink 2 glasses of water first thing in the morning
    Consume less alcohol - Maximum once a week. Ideal - only one party in a month
    Increase protein intake with nutritious diet. Take sprouts , soyabean etc.

    Today , I had a good day. I worked non stop from 10-5 with a 15 minute break. Afterwards , I wemt to play cricket. I performed well. So , it boosted my confidence and made me quite happy.

    Goals left for the day
    • Read half hour NI Act Material
    • Read book
    • Stay away from mobile
    • Don't procrastinate
    • Read from notes or hardcopy. Don't read from electronic device.
