    Im new to this Forum. I have tried many other methods of fully quitting PMO, and with the help of some apps I nearly did quit, but unfortunately I relapsed, cheers to all who are making the attempt to break free from this addictive poison being normalized by the criminals behind the porn industry

    Yes I am really at 16 days! There has been many things happening in my life, and I feel like I just can't afford to relapse anymore. Yes I've seen explicit images, but I have not masturbated for more than a couple minutes.. I know this may be a restart for some people, but I refused to believe so. and I dont want to count it as a relapse because that would affect my motivation. My mental hasn't changed, and I am noticing my confidence coming back, my pureness coming back, my vision is becoming more crisp, and overall feeling more manly. I came back here to remind myself of my journey, because tonight my urges are sky high..

    Thank you for this. But im sad to say that I relapsed, but it was only after 1 hour of porn, usually I edge for 4-6 hours. Thank god. I don't consider this a defeat, and I genuinely believe that porn is just disgusting now, why did I even relapse? Who knows. I will last longer this time, mark my word.
