How to balance neurotransmitters out

    I am addicted to MOong, gambling nicotine and sugar. I have done a lot of research and it looks as if my NTers are out of whack. How can I balance these out ? I just wanna feel normal again.

    my tips would be: 1. stop watching porn / 2. Never ever masturbate for the rest of your life 3. Go for a long period where you conservere all the semen (no ejaculation at all)/ 4. exercise (cardio AND strength), eat clean (cook your own meals), drink alot of water / 5. Get enough sleep

    As far as I know, the way to do it is to disrupt your patterns and do other things. Meditate, exercise, be with people, let people know what you are dealing with, get support, etc.
    Try googling "balance neurotransmitters". There is a lot about supplements, and some of the main recommendations include exercise and diet.

    My experience is that doing something out of the normal routine shakes up the brain.
