Does this count as edging?

    Hey nofap nation, I'm 5 days into no PMO, trying to quit for the best. However ever since I've quit after many relapses, my OCD has went through the roof. I'm literally scared to touch my penis as I start to think I relapsed and "released dopamine" in my brain. I think my brain knows I am truly going to fight this masturbation addiction to the absolute end and now it is trying to trick me with OCD that I can't beat it. It's a vicious cycle I am in and I can only pray to Allah I come out of this. Relapse is just not an option. I can't feel demoralized anymore, it's just the worst.

    So today's story, I need assurance whether this counts as edging;

    Basically I was sat on my chair doing a dance to some music with my upper body and my mind kept telling me afterwards that my thighs were sliding with my penis inducing dopamine release. I knew subconsciously this is just my OCD, and then after half an hour I clenched my thighs together to squeeze my penis to see if it induces a feeling to prove to myself it's impossible to edge doing this, and it did make my penis feel good but I didn't masturbate or carry on clenching my thighs afterwards.

    Would you say today's story is an example of edging as I consciously did it to see if it can lead to edging or is it just my OCD?

    Its just your brain messing with you. I would advise not even playing its game next time though, and trying to just dismiss those thoughts.
