    Day 27/60. Better day yesterday. Got some things done felt more filled with peace. Thanking Jesus for one more day. It's hard not to make nofap my identity. But I know if it is I'll be wrecked too much with shame if I fall.

    Day 28/60. Another hard day. :-/ Reached out 4 times to connect and talk through the urges. It was hard. I'm learning some people are actually unhelpful and not to talk to them about my struggles because it makes me more filled with shame.
