    15 days! I'm a Hobbit, I'm very happy it's working this time! I feel motivated, I think I'll start reading LOTR books to feel more enaged in the challenge.

    Day 15! I'm a hobbit! This is my third highest streak, so i'm proud. The two longest are more than a year ago (18 and 25). Now continuing the journey.
    The urges become stronger than the first week. So i have to be careful and put my time in useful stuff and stay away from electrical devices.

    So much relatable bro. Though I find myself in a better mood all throughout the day, I feel it hard to concentrate on my work. I feel I am in an awkward situation, where I feel happy but not in any mood to do my work which is my primary task.

    Any suggestions are appreciable.

    Back to day 0.

    Yesterday I have an argument and this morning I go directly to P to deal with stress. But I had seen a film with nudity scenes too. I´m having a bad weeks, relapsing every one. I see how affects me too the lack of sacraments due to the restricctions.
    If you can give me some help, advice... I would appreciate it.

  8. Day 17. I finished watching The Fellowship of the Ring today. Still going strong.
    Big difference from my last reboot I'm no longer thinking of women or sex. This has really helped me to continue this journey.
    To everyone else, each day we choose our path. Only we can redeem ourselves.

    EXACTLY! The media is destroying us. Whether it’s social media or news media or the film & so called webseries media. Believe me started watching P when I was 14-15 (around 3-4 years back). I tried hard to get rid of P but I couldn’t. This year I decided to shut my social media accounts and start a real struggle. I stopped watching movies, webseries and stopped using social media. This is for the first time I crossed 5+ months without P. Now I’m only suffering from M issues, which is not excessive but I’m afraid it will take me back to P anyhow what I’m trying to prove is that in this modern world everything on the internet contains explicit content which triggers us (the PMO addicts) to watch P. I personally think if you really want to get of P, get rid of these so called movies/web series first. They contain P but in an indirect method.

    These are my opinions/suggestions only, I do not intend to hurt/offend anyone. Peace ✌️

    "The small betrayals you must ruthlessly crush

    One of the most insidious ways we "backline" ourselves is when we lie about how big of a deal some digression is.


    "So I looked at butts on instagram for 10 minutes, it won't affect my reboot."

    "Ah it's just a couple of cookies, it won't affect my diet."

    "Yeah maybe I spent more time browsing reddit today than I should have, but I still got some stuff done."

    If you notice this barnacle of a habit sticking to your backside, here's how to counter it:

    Next time you're triggered to act like this is to say to yourself:

    "Well, if it's really not that big of a deal, let's just cut it out!"

    It is here that the truth will finally come out (at least if you are self-aware enough to practice this self-talk and then watch what happens internally).

    What you'll find is that when you deny yourself this "little thing" that is "no big deal" your emotional mind freaks out and starts screaming and crying like child throwing a temper tantrum.

    It can actually be extremely surprising to stay present and watch this...

    Especially if you tend to default either mindless emotional repression and mindless autopilot indulgence.

    But seeing this truth is essential.

    It is only when you can confront your emotions honestly that you can truly go about doing the work to conquer them.

    Find your "little" betrayals and crush them with the truth of what TRULY want.

    Sometimes you'll find that these small-time digressions are just the tip of the iceberg of a toxic psychic crime syndicate that's running you like a stooge.

    But once the evil is exposed... it's much easier to wage an all out war.
