i had those dreams before I haven't had them for a while

Heart palpitations
anxiety
panic attacks
brain fog
depression
shorness of breath

mine are rough. They were so bad a few hours ago before I relapse to ease them that I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital. Then the moment I relapse they go away. Just like that. I’m seriously considering going to rehab if necessary. Whatever it takes to get out of this addiction. It’s not fun anymore and the more I think about it, it never was. Really need the support guys. I’m ready to listen and change.

yeah, I know man. but isn't excessive ear wax and poor eyesight a bit too much? I mean, he must be overthinking it.

 

-Being bad at math, even though you're a math major
-Getting a spoon out of the drawer when you needed a fork
-Pouring orange juice into your cereal by mistake
-Not knowing how to throw or catch things, which disappoints everyone around you
-Only liking music that no one else likes
-Talking to yourself because you have no friends

 

I also think anxiety is a symptom of actually using porn, atleast for me.

I dream frequently as it is, and usually remember most of my dreams in detail when I wake up and probably should write them down, even though a lot of things don't make sense, there seems to be a theme of being lost and trying to find a way back home. Also in my dreams, especially when doing my best to commit to Nofap, there are a lot of naked or semi-dressed women tempting me, and masturbating near other people also surfaces, even though I don't do that in real life.

 

Yes, I honestly think that's the shame/guilt attacking us. I swear I use to feel like my heart was going to explode when I was masturbating. I knew I shouldn't have been doing it, so that's why. Still learning to cope/get over the anxiety while quitting Porn and masturbation.

 

I think every addition has there consequences its like if you drink soda everyday your on risk to have diabetes or even risk to have heart attack its even like ice cream and cake its delicious right if you eat it the whole day your gonna have a stomach ache am I right

 

I made this post years ago, i was merely stating my symptoms.

I was a more severe case than most. It is true that withdrawal caused a lot of those symptoms for me, though maybe not all of them

 

We’ve never met but I have to say thank you for your original post as when I read it I was given hope that what I was experiencing was withdrawals and that I wasn’t actually dying, which the doctors had been telling me for months.

I see you are currently on a very impressive streak, can I ask what percentage of the withdrawal symptoms have subsided or at least become so mild as to not effect your day to day life?

 

Have you noticed random goosebumps (on forearms) from time to time during your streak? Most often, it's accompanied by a mild sweating?

Very true. From day 90 it is happening to me very often. Today I am on day 116

The more I research about porn from sites like this the more I see how detrimental porn is. It is so much like a drug or like sugar. Once you get hooked it’s so hard to give up.

Here’s a thought, could we be hooked on a feeing like is mentioned in this song? Are we high on believing that the porn actresses actually care about us? Porn has to be one of the most successful scams there is!
