Hi Chris ,I am new on NoFap and u are the first one who replied my post.fortunately I have tasted 220days streak and this is best time of life.to achieve this target again need motivational support ,commitment ..cheers with regards

 

11days gone with NoFap no Pmo
It's going good and emergency panic button application is very interesting and helping
Go with power and thurst

 

I was living as lion ,full of power and no fear no anxiety about any worry.i was doing gym before also and my max weight strength at bench press was 120kg but within 220days it went to 150kg.i enjoyed the freedom of my soul and I will win that freedom again.relapse occurred due to emotional set back but now I am more conscious with precaution on this front also.failure is not an option as arnold shewazniger said

Buddy as I wrote in other post, I felt my happiest,fearless,more comitted and more energy in gym and office work looks as minor task in life not a burden R big achievements ,Becaus I hav strength to do much more.freely and more friendly relationship with females and feeling myself In dominating rather than them

I believe I will move now for 360days but I fix intermediate target of 180days.
I remember my brain was cleaned fully with all type of dirty filthy stuff even no thought came after 30-50days in my mind about pmo Or fapping
