When my mind races like that with porn and everything else late at night I usually do the cold shower, then when I crawl into bed I put on a audio book on my iPhone, have the timer set for 30 minutes so you don't wake up in the middle of the night with it still talking. Something about that resets my brain, I follow the story and this keeps the brain from taking over. I swear I never last more than 30 minutes and I'm out cold. I can't just let my brain run when I go to sleep. This also works if I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall asleep, don't do the cold shower thing though. Thought I throw that out there, may help.
