Masturbation addiction without porn

I've realized that I've needed to make some important life changes, and quitting masturbation is one of them. However, I would consider what I masturbate to somewhat unusual, so I wanted to see if NoFap would be the right fit for me.

Basically, I've almost never used porn to masturbate. I've always masturbated to a series of sexual fantasies, fetishes, and kinks in order to get my fix. Even though I've never really masturbated to porn specifically, I still feel like I'm doing it too much. Like, when COVID hit and anything and everything I was doing was cancelled for months, I got in the habit of masturbating an average about three times today and I have a hard time with self control when it comes to sexual urges. For me, it felt like I was still doing it too much.

With all this said and done, even though I'm not addicted porn, would the NoFap 90 day challenge still be worth it for me?

 

The fetishes and kinks were present before I even knew porn existed. But still, masturbation has always been very compulsive for me and I need some self control in that regard.
