finally 90/90 . wish u all the best in this challenge. There are many obstacles throughout but the mentality pushe them away. The result are good.

I'm starting over tonight. I entertained sexual fantasies in my imagination from time to time over the past few days; that mistake led to my next compromise of seeking out g-rated, but sexually stimulating pictures on the internet, which soon led to more provocative pictures which led to porn. It seems for me, the key to living without PMO is being aware enough to stop the sexual fantasizing. I can do that when I'm committed to remaining PMO-free.

I joined this forum 331 days ago. Of those 331 days, I was 290 days clean of PMO.

 

Fantasies are the worst, because they're so tricky and it's so much harder to stay away from. But we should be extremely careful with them.

Rules- 1. Watching porn even for a second count as a relapse.
2. If you relapsed or binged you will reset your counter and start from 3 day challenge.
3. You have to meditate twice a day but one in afternoon and one before sleeping.
4. Removing the pornblocker or trying to do it count as a relapse.

Ok I need to stop speaking to my ex I guess, led me to a bit of edging and fantazies about sex with her. Still on the bandwagon to finish this in 2020.

Day 5 completed. Made it through a particularly rough patch yesterday, so I think I'm celebrating a small victory.
