First sorry for my english this is not my first language, i try my best (i understand far better than i write)...

    1. i've probably past 10-12 year of nofap
but i fail with my porn addiction, i've train my brain to watch some "porn" without fap let me explain.

my cycle is maybie each 6 month :
i watch a scene without the porn sequence i get excited and i stop and i retry, after maybie 4-5 hour i watch a few real porn sequence(i probably use assubha bavana to crush the flesh desire ) and this signal tell me to stop for a long period(4-6 month) until the "hurt feeling" disapear and the cycle come again.

    Its like an infinite loop.

We try to find hormonal balance with saying 'rebooting'. Pornography releases too much dopamine in your brain, so this is the first thing you should consider. And do whatever works for you. Some people quit all sexual activity for a specific time and they try to find an inner balance. If you haven't already check it out I suggest to check it out www.yourbrainonporn.com

To get to the main point, these people on the forum, including me quit porn addiction. With saying 'porn', we talk about any artificial sexual stimulation to get a dopamine high. So, yes. If you have a porn addiction, this can be considered a relapse. We highly conditioned our brains to artificial stimuli, for many years, maybe decades. And when you cut back artificial sexual stimuli, you can have withdrawal symptoms. This is a good sign of healing. It seems like you want to stay high, with this porn sessions. This is not about 'not masturbating' this is about quitting the addiction, getting out of the conditioning and finding a life balance and maintain it.

    Have a good journey!

Here’s the trick: don’t look at it. Easier said than done, but if it can be done, it’s highly effective in solving the problem.

Thanks for you're response, i've a lot to read in yourbrainonporn !!

The good news that's the first time i realize ive never really quit porn, in some point i've lied to me.
It's a difficulty to stop when i'm watching, but when its done i can easliy pass 3-4-5 month without but each time when some months are gone this thought "that's not so dangerous, just one video" (everyone here know this kind of thought)
but always the same video from 90-2000 rarely something new ..
like my brain can't suppress thess olds memory..

Did you notice anger and porn are related ?? to me it's look like the same pattern

Good journey thanks for the support
