Ok. Ive been having a hard time recently but Im okay now.

The only adjustment I have in my mind is to shut down all of my technological devices (my phone and laptop). I only have access to the school computers now where relapses are impropable

I'll be finishing the 21 day challenge first then hopefully I'll join you guys soon Insha Allah

Rules- 1. Watching porn even for a second count as a relapse.
2. If you relapsed or binged you will reset your counter and start from 3 day challenge.
3. You have to meditate twice a day but one in afternoon and one before sleeping.
4. Removing the pornblocker or trying to do it count as a relapse.

So no PM without O or MO without P or just P I lose if I do any one of this things. I paid a big price by doing PM without O and have end my streak with binge. But I know my enemy is Porn.
