breaking down

  1. I'm having a real hard time at the moment in general, i'm addicted to humiliation and findom and i'm wasting money, getting loan out just to get mugged off because it is all i'm good for and seem to get some enjoyment out of it, How can i stop this fucked up mind set, I'm going to try do NoFap again but i'm going to have to really get down to the nitty gritty details of the addiction again. If anyone has any words of suppirt i'd appreciate becaause all i do is give up and i feel i will never ever qit and my life should be being used, but like its a rush but it doesnt make me happy, i literally aspire to be nothing cos of my addiction and havaing no money to do anything and laziness as i know i dont need to work to get something a buzz is ust round the corner and nothing seems to give me motivation even when i dono fap.

  3. yeah i know but its ambivalence isnt it, i need to quit something which offers that much pleasure and basic dopamine is desensitized

    don't speak of yourself in a negative way saying you won't be able to quit or be nothing because of it. you're already setting up yourself for failure. change the way you think, change your life. think of the positive thing you can do. such us like the trip you can take if you stop spending your money on this what that cool thing you want to buy for yourself. or imagine the energy you can gain from letting this one bad habit go. the energy to go on a hike with some friends or that pretty girl who actually would like to go with you. changing a habit all starts with one thought to get the momentum going for a better life. you got this! don't give up so easily. you deserve better for yourself. i know you can do it! anyone can! #bevictorious my friend and good luck to you

  5. i'm seeing a therapist who will help with cbt so change how i think, i just never have ennergy to be positive or do anything good, i would love to get out but cant atm due to covid but i mean i could do stuff like streaming or youtube i duno stuff i always wanted to try but never did it

    sure going out right now is a bit hard. but even going for a walk around your block or for a dive and going to a park to just enjoy the fresh air is a good way to keep your mind off things. think of way to break that cycle of your old habits and find new positive habits to change them with. to think positive it does take energy. i have a small challenge for you. easy one at that. every morning when you wake up and before you start your day on a piece a paper or if you have a journal or even in the notes app on your phone write down what you are grateful for at least 3-5 things do that for a week and that should help you with the positive change. try it you got nothing to lose!
