Failed in CEH(Certified Ethical Hacker) exam due to <<<<over>>> PMO

How did you fail due to PMO? Were you masturbating instead of studying? Also have you considered physical training to augment your mental training? Maybe going on runs or training martial arts.

 

Maybe ditch the laptop for a week. Yes, you need it to study but when is the next time you can take the test? If the next test is some time away, I believe you can afford to not use your laptop for a week. Just as an experiment to see what happens. Instead of using the computer, do calisthenics.

 

From the short time I've been browsing this site, it seems a common obstacle to overcome is being specific with your goals. Whatever your goals are, if they're not specific or measurable, then you won't know the difference between success and failure. Which is a failure in itself. You already have a goal to pass that test (quite specific), so now how would you like to achieve that? Once you ace it, are you going to masturbate like crazy again? Or maybe carry on that discipline to other aspects of your life? Just my thoughts.
