Hey there! I'm James.

I'm a newbie, and I've made many attempts at the nofap lifestyle/philosophy. As a matter of fact, my most recent attempt was in August (but had a slip-up shortly after in September). However, due to my lack of commitment and understanding of NoFap, I've invariably relapsed. Actually, I was thinking of restarting my counter in October and starting afresh.

Additionally, I need further encouragement from a fellow Fapstronaut and I would very much appreciate an accountability partner... anyone who wants to help me out?

 

sometime ago, you mentioned in a message that you watch porn and edge, if you still do that, STOP IMMEDIATELY.
i have made the same mistakes in the past, this was the exact same reason why i broke my 26 day streak. but now, for the first time ever, since i started fapping to porn, i have been clean for 11 days, not watched a single naked woman online, heck, i've not even watched a single image (porn or not) that could possibly arouse me, and my goal is to never do so again.
just start doing this and you will start not to relapse as often.
