    Sometime ago I started the pmo challenge and relapsed in a month and a half, then I started again but only with no porn this time, it's been 3 months since I stopped watching it but still doing mo, not much though, just once or twice a week and I feel fine actually, but seeing this forum makes me question if it's ok like this or that I should stop with mo as well...

    It's fine, it just might take longer to recover. I'm saying might because people fail doing noPMO so much that I don't think it ends up taking any longer :)

    I also started my current streak of no P but still MOing. I was trying no PMO but I noticed I was dwelling on P even if I wasn't actually watching it. So I allowed myself to M and O but quickly and without P, just to get it out of my system. I'm trying to phase that out too but I can tell there's a pressure building up and I'm dwelling on some of my old habits even if I'm not actually doing them. I think at some point I'll have to push through and abstain entirely but for now if the burden gets too big I intend to choose the lesser of two evils. But always quickly, no edging and no P.
     
  4. The problem is that the more often you MO your penis will be numb. When you actually have sex with a person, you may not feel much sensation and you might not be able to stay hard when you actually have sex as well. It took me about 120 days of no PMO, no peeking at P either, for my penis to feel sensation.

    yes I would agree with this. That’s why I’m trying to quit both. I am a single man 27 years old and the last time I had sex with someone I managed 10 minutes hard before going soft, ended up having to masturbate to finish.

    It was embarrassing and a bit of a wake up call tbh.

  6. Hey there, that's a great start. Porn is the most dangerous thing for the brain. It's actually great that you are in a way taking a single step at a time. To be very honest doing MO once/twice a week is perfectly fine. It all depends on your goals, but porn should be strictly eliminated. Best wishes buddy.
