Let's go my brothers! You can do this!! Motivate yourself and focus on getting other things done... it really helps to be very busy all day long, try to read a book, exercise, cook or play some video games. I know you can do this!

Wow, these 10 days have flown by. It helps to keep busy, for sure. Now that I've hit 10 days, though, I know temptation is coming. It's a hard phase to get past. Wish me luck!

I joined this forum 336 days ago. Of those 336 days, I was 295 days clean of PMO.

 

You can do it! Try to remind yourself every time that temptation comes why you don't want to give in. Really imagine yourself what will happen when you give into temptation, what it will look and feel like, how disappointing and pointless it will be and how shitty you will feel afterwards. That has really helped me recently.

 

Internet addiction is one of the toughest problems we have to face these days. Can't say that I have the solution, because I battle with it myself daily, but when I can, I try to shut off all my devices. Turn of your phone, your computer, anything, and put it away. I know that especially with the phone it's often not possible, but I try to do it for at least an hour or so every day now and it's really helping.

Today marks 1 week of my streak!
Day 7! I am so proud of myself today, but my mind is utterly aggravated because of the recent brutal rapes happening in my country.

A woman was harassed and raped almost a month ago, and the video went viral yesterday. I read the description of the video, and it was so brutal that I couldn’t sleep last night. I’m just relieved that I could restrain myself from watching the video.

I was thinking about myself: by watching pornography for all these years, I have been fuelling these heinous crimes!! My watching created more demand! And there is so much non consensual content on Porn sites, it just makes things worse.

Watching p doesn’t make one a rapist. Reasons for rape are deeply rooted in the society.
But p is a recipe for rape. It mostly shows brutality and gives wrong perceptions about sexual intercourse, right?

You should be proud of yourself too ❤️ By doing NoFap, you are bettering yourself, lessening the demand for p, and probably saving some kids from watching p
