I just relapsed 2 days in a row after over 200 days without porn. The 2 times I literally watched the porn for less than 2 minutes. During this time I was still masturbating and orgasming without porn. I believe I had just come out of a long flatline and that was where the urge to watch cane from. I just want to know how long I’ve set myself back? Obviously I haven’t lost all progress but I want normal healthy sexual function.

I say this with all honesty, but I dont think anyone can give you a factual answer on this.

I hit 30 days today without PMO, although I watched porn 2 days ago and even edged(No orgasm though). Some might say I relapsed and potentially have a setback, but since that moment I haven't had any desire to watch again, so in my opinion nothing has changed personally and my streak is still going. This streak is all in your mind, your addiction is the battle in your mind. Your mind decides how far you set yourself back or continue where you were. I only felt different one day after the day I edged, but since then it feels like I never watched porn during the streak, because I haven't done it since.

Relapse, no doubt, offers one of the biggest dilemmas during the recovery process. If you relapse a natural urge is to go on a PMO binge -- after all, you already failed, so it won't get any worse if you go on a binge will it not? This is wrong! A single relapse for a few days is nothing in the grand scheme of things, but only if you get back on the wagon so to speak and carry on with no PMO. So please do not give into the urge to go on a binge and carry on with the recovery and you'll be fine. I've struggled with this exact issue countless number of times and this was the key insight that ultimately allowed some of my biggest streaks. Best of luck.

The biggest problem with your relapse is this attempt to justify it. If you think coming out of a long flatline is an excuse to relapse, you will relapse again given the same circumstances.
I would say not much. It all depends on what you do in the future.
