My first advice is to surrender it to something greater than ourselves. Call it God, Truth, The Creator, The Universe or something similar. Not one of us can handle these things alone. Simply posting here to the NoFap community is a big step in surrendering it. Nothing keeps us focused on something more than isolating and keeping it a secret. If I never turned to some sort of power greater than little me I'm not sure how'd manage it all. Second, do not deny we have a desire to gravitate toward certain things. This does not mean succumb but to acknowledge it's there and it may enter our lives at any moment for the rest of our lives. I like to say if I think of it I'll desire it. Third, what other areas of our lives do we wish to improve? Turn to improving them instead of turning to the porn.
