Hi guys. I am new here; I signed because I have an important question, and I don't know how to deal with it, even though I have done quite a deep research about it.

I have not in mind going back to my old habits, but my question is: once I have completed the 90 days can I look to sexy photos on social media? I'm thinking about signing up at a sexual related field, it is not for flirting or sending nudes, but to know people with the same interestes and learn about it, but people upload quite a pornographic content.
So, considering I would be bombarded with that content, but without any aim to masturbate to them, and out of the vicious circle and social isolation porn drives us in (I mean, not being an slave of that content, just watching it with control and for meeting people) would it be ok to be on that site?
I wouldn't let that content destroy me as P did, and I'm also working on receiving dopamine from developing as a person and personal work, instead of P.

I would really like to know what you think about this, but I have time to decide if I will sign or won't when I end these 90 days and think if I am prepared to live with that tentation. My biggest fear is that this content maybe could affect on my pathways related to P and dopamine.

Thank you. Currently in day 43 and being strong and happy.
PD: I would be glad if you let me know some gramatical error, or something that is not correct, as English is not my native language, although I don't think this is the right plase to talk about that topic, thank you very much.

Ninety days is not a cure of the addiction - it's only the start of a lifetime path, if anything. If not that, it means nothing at all. You can go ahead and dabble in P or P substitutions if you want and unsurprisingly watch yourself crash and burn into deeper levels of addiction still, and those dives may not be so easy to get out of the next time without dozens of relapses and dreaded ongoing slumps. "PMO, 90 days, Repeat PMO even deeper" is what you're really describing. Best wishes!

I agree with Joe^. But could you say what this "sexual related field" is, please. It is difficult to give you a proper answer with such a vague description.

As @IGY asked, can you clarify what you mean by “sexual related field”?

I tried to have little experiments like this when I first tried to stop watching porn, and from experience it’ll just frustrate you. Avoid it and keep working on your personal habits and LIFE outside of porn instead.

Even if you have a goal to not masturbate, and improving your personal life It’s going to be very hard for you, not to do it if you are going to be bombarded with pornographic content.

You’ll most likely first edge (start to masturbate, then stop) and then congratulate yourself on that. Then you’ll get tired of just edging and just go all the way and be back to the past.

We all have limited time and energy each day and can only prioritize so many things every day. By being exposed to content as you said, after a while, you’ll consciously or unconsciously stop prioritizing your other habits no matter how much discipline you’ve built up.

No, because more likely you're going to relapse and start from scratch. If you're goal is to quit porn and masturbation, then don't look at females with their skin shown. That also mess up recovery progress. That goes out fantasizing them too.

Who knows what would happen. Maybe some people could. I am not sure who would honestly recommend it though.
